About the event
Cold Plunge & Sauna Community Event at Valley Falls are appropriate for all experience levels, and an opportunity to enjoy the company of others while relaxing, detoxing and increasing your vitality. The 60-minute sessions are guided with information, history, science and encouragement around the cycle of thermic exposure. The fire(s) are fully tended, so that guests can fully enjoy the experience. Bring your friends! Relax, connect, rejuvenate — together.
Community Sauna Sessions must meet a minimum of 12 people; cancellation notices and full refunds are issued 24 hours prior to event start if minimum attendance is not met.
Pre-registration is required. Reservations must be made 36 hours in advance.
