Experience the ultimate relaxation with our 3 hour exclusive Day or Evening (your choice) Sauna – Cold Plunge Escapade. This Private Sauna Cold Plunge Escapade is sure to assist in relaxing & rejuvenation within our serene valley location. Each escapade is individually assessed for guiding the number of persons and providing the best accommodations. Come and enjoy the peace within nature and the solace of the wood-burning outdoor sauna. This escapade will provide the reprieve needed from all the worldly cares to fully relax and re-calibrate the senses, body, mind, soul and spirit. Whether those within the circle prefer intermittent cold plunges or just indulging in the sauna's warmth, this experience is tailored with full use of the outdoor wood-burning sauna, pond for lounging or cold plunging and access to waterfall and fire pit (weather permitting). Apparel is required, you may wear or bring a swimsuit to change into, a towel, reusable (non-plastic) water bottle and water shoes or back strapped sandals are nice but optional for the pond. It is best to arrive make-up & lotion free. Along with the luxurious sauna, serene pond, rushing waterfall, pure country air and being embraced within nature itself, we provide two changing areas, a charming outhouse to meet all your needs and vital spring water refills along with complimentary electrolyte infused water replenisher.
Cancellation Policy
While there is understanding that things come up and emergencies happen however, lodging and sauna sessions are limited. We do require notification via phone or email if you need to cancel your appointment 1 business day in advance so the appointment can be offered to another person. For less than 24 hour notice and no shows Valley Falls Lodging & Sauna LLC reserves the right to charge for the full amount of the unused appointment. The Valley Falls Lodging & Sauna LLC Consent & Liability Waiver Form link will be sent to you via email. This form is required and fully read and signed before initial sauna cold plunge session.
